Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team!
Position Summary:
- Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer results.
- Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns.
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
- At least 1 year experience working as a customer service representative
- Clear speaking voice with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at working on a PC.
- Must be able to work 4:00PM – 10:00PM on weekdays and and 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM on weekends
- Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.
