TITLE: RECEPTIONIST /Sales support

• To provide an efficient and pleasant experience for all customers. Play an integral part within the sales process by way of managing & guiding the initial customer expectations  through  a closed loop  process .  

• Be first and last to engage customers.
• Manage/ screen all incoming calls/emails and walk in customers. 
• Assist in executing the Sales Strategy.
• Assist the Administration team. 

• Know the company’s products and services.
• Manage Front Desk/Receptionist operations.
• Proficiency MIS software  
• Maintain Customer Experience closed loop Process Flow
• Work in tandem with Key Account Executive to attain monthly sales quota
• Maintain Customer Engagement and affinity through customer job status updates throughout the print process.
