Job Summary:
The National Hospitiality Manager is responsible for leading the company's commercial accross all on premise channels, including large hotel chains, quick-service restaurants (QSRs), bars, restaurants, food service outlets, and high-visibility "image" accounts. This role drives strategic customer engagement, ensure sales execution excellence, and managers a high-performing sales team segmented by channel type.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team channel-specific on-premise sales executives.
- Set channel objectives and KPIs aligned with overall commercial targets (Wise).
- Manitor performance, provide ongoing feedback, and support capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makes at larger hotel chains and national bar/restaurant groups.
- Serve as the face of the business to hospitality customers and lead strategic account discussions.
- Regularly engage with F&B managers, hotel procurement leads, and bar/restaurant owners to understand needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Own sales targers and revenue delivery across all on-premise segments.
- Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and food service space.
- Partner with finance and planning teams to ensure forecast accuracy and product availability.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Marketing, or related field;
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the FMCG sector.
- 5-8 years in senior leadership role, drive high achieving teams and strong working relationships with stakeholders.

- Proven track record and achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanfing of the FMCG market dynamics, including hospitality and food service channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and delivering training programs within the Sales/FMCG context.
