REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR
The regional administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to his/her assigned company executive. This role is responsible for coordinating communication between resorts and stakeholders, managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, overseeing follow-up on directives, and assisting with property performance monitoring. The regional administrator ensures seamless execution of the assigned executive's priorities by handling administrative duties, supporting strategic initiatives, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency across the portfolio.
Requirements/duties of the position:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing travel.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up across resorts and villas within the Jamaica portfolio to ensure timely execution of directives and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, reviews, and strategic updates.
- Liaise with resort administrators, department heads, and external stakeholders to streamline operations and maintain a smooth flow of information.
- Support the Managing Director in monitoring property performance, compliance with brand standards, and project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
- Assist in coordinating regional events, executive visits, and leadership meetings.
- Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and professional execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative, executive assistant, human resources, or coordination role (hospitality experience is a strong asset).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel within Jamaica and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
