Assist the HSE Manager in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Monitor workplace compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct facility and customer site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Support accident/incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Assist in coordinating emergency response plans, drills, and training sessions (e.g., First Aid, CPR, defensive driving, fire safety).
Provide safety orientation and awareness programs for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
Participate in regulatory inspections and ensure timely submission of reports.
Assist in monitoring hazardous waste, permit-to-work systems, and contractor safety compliance.
Support monthly HSE meetings and reporting.
