Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support business partners by tracking and reporting key financial metrics (e.g., weekly sales, monthly results).
• Lead execution of core financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities relative to the annual operating plan.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX).
• Provide financial analysis for product launches, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.
• Offer insights and recommendations to enhance business planning and operational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with operations, finance, and executive leadership.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Self-starter with a sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA and/or MBA.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and Tableau.
