Job Purpose/Objective
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, accurate and courteous support to all customers, ensuring that dispatch records and invoices are completed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures. This role also administratively supports the Sales & Distribution function.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Generate accurate invoices and prepare dispatch documents for delivery teams.
Maintain up-to-date invoice records and filing systems.
Provide professional, courteous, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Support the Distribution team with administrative tasks.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 CXC passes including Mathematics & English.
1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in distribution or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (intermediate level).
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Good geographic knowledge of Trinidad.
