JOB OPPORTUNITY
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (HSSE)
(3-MONTH CONTRACT)
Location: Port-of-Spain
Sector: Business Trade Investment
Salary: $6,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
- Organize and maintain project-related files, documents, and records
- Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, or other digital systems
- Assists with the preparation of letters and official correspondence
- Engage clients effectively to foster strong relationships and drive business growth
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary level passes including English and Mathematics
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or related field
- Diploma or Certificate in HSSE or Occupational Health and Safety would be an asset
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or Communication would be an asset
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- At least three (3) years’ administrative experience

- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
