REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of retail experience in a similar role
• BSs degree in Information Systems or similar areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision, accurately, while meeting deadlines
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, JD Edwards and AS400.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assisting with the planning and purchasing of new IT equipment and software, negotiating with vendors, managing IT resources and disposal of obsolete equipment. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
•Maintaining IT documentation, creating user manuals as needed, and providing training on new systems or technologies. Coordinate Service Now- Log, Follow-up, Execute Tickets as requested.
•Coordinate all LAN data maintenance, providing regular backups and system checkups on all PCs, printers, copiers etc. Participating in or managing IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology implementations.
