Aleabra Brands Ltd is a regional distributor of building solutions and a partner for Hisense HVAC, offering domestic and commercial air conditioners. The contracting division PROHVAC provides HVAC design, installation, and maintenance services for various air conditioning systems and ventilation solutions.
The company provides air condition equipment to Government Projects, corporate entities, small & medium size businesses, residential developments, and air condition contractors.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Kingston, Jamaica. The SM will be responsible for creating and monitoring sales channels, Set Quotas, implement and direct traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Objectives
- Perform introduction of company, products, and its services to target market.
- Organize and coordinate a range of ongoing on and off-site promotional activities and other strategic initiatives to drive an increase in brand awareness and sales of company products and services.
- Identify, plan, and lead the company participation in relevant trade events, pop-up booths, open Houses, promotions etc.
- Develop reseller accounts
- Direct Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
- Recruit and develop sales executives
Qualifications
- Communication and Public Relations skills
- Traditional Marketing Experience
- Digital Marketing, social media, and content creation experience
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
