Sales & Marketing Officer
The Sales and Marketing Officer supports the institution's goals by effectively marketing and selling its services, programs and solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the institute's security and public safety training programs, certifications and consulting services to a diverse client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and matches those needs with the most suitable service offerings.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, digital outreach, networking, referrals and event participation.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals to ensure timely conversion of prospects to clients
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, interactions and pipeline progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content including brochures, email campaigns, social media posts and event materials.
- Represent the institute at trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the education or B2B sector
- Experience using CRM platforms and a strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
