Job Summary
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for Blue Waters Products Limited by providing a warm, professional and efficient reception experience for all visitors, customers and callers. The incumbent shall uphold the highest standards of customer service, dependability and confidentiality while supporting the smooth flow of communication and administrative functions in the best interest of the company.
Key Duties
Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Manage messages, direct inquiries, and escalate matters to the appropriate personnel.
Log and distribute incoming packages, cheques, and other company items.
Maintain accurate records and ensure items are signed for upon collection.
Uphold company standards for appearance, punctuality, and customer service.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC O’Level passes
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and a professional telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with switchboards
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
