Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Back Office Support Specialists to join our dynamic Quality and Compliance Team. You will be responsible for managing key back-office operations, including correspondence processing, quality assurance and dispute resolution. These positions play a critical role in ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and efficient resolution of consumer-related inquiries and disputes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience performing quality assurance in a call center environment preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in complaint handling, credit bureau reporting, or resolutions support preferred, but not required.
- At least 5 CXC or GCE subjects, inclusive of English and Math
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication skills. Excellent grammar, spelling and sentence construction
- Must be able to effectively communicate with agents, internal departments, and management
- Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs required
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
