Objective:
Responsible for acquiring and retaining client contracts, implementing marketing and growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients. Provide industry-specific guidance for three product lines and assess competitive offerings.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Execute sales strategies to grow market share within the industrial segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients (eg new contractors, builders developers.
- Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, credit terms, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales initiatives, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Trains with sales, QC, and operation personnel to become knowledgeable regarding technical updates and industry standards.
- Establishes strategic relationships with customers while effectively represent the company's best interest.
- Assist with market and pricing intelligence.
- Support on-site trial mixes at customer locations to ensure the quality and suitability of concrete products.
Required Education / Expertise / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or any Engineering related degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

Required Experience:
• At least 2 years’ experience in construction/manufacturing industry and/or business-to-business (B2B).
