Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s digital marketing across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the website.
- Assist with the development and execution of business growth strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
- Prepare and manage client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Participate in networking events and industry functions to promote the company.
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the business development function.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Design and develop creative content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and post online advertisements for the company and its clients.
- Respond to online queries and liaise with the relevant team members for responses.
- Build and maintain partnerships with media companies.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends.
- Represent the company at corporate events when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role
- Design skills using Canva will be considered an asset
Skills and Knowledge
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to process information easily and quickly
- Strong working knowledge of ad aiding tools, web and social media analytics tools e.g., Canvas, Hootsuite,
- Good experience in creative content writing
- Knowledge and skills in digital marketing
- Exceptional knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
- Strong customer service skills; able to communicate well verbally and in writing; excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience with web design and graphic design
