KEY DUTIES
Accurately process cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
Issue receipts or exchanges as required.
Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area.
Monitor and reconcile cash drawer balances at the start and end of shifts.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
Report any discrepancies, suspicious activities, or customer concerns to a supervisor promptly.
Support other team members during busy periods.
Required Education
Minimum of 5 CXC subjects including Math and English
At least 2-3 years’ experience
Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.
