A LARGE INSURANCE BROKER IS NOW HIRING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICERS (TSO)

Are you a sharp, solutions-driven professional with a strong grasp of online platforms and a passion for problem-solving? We are seeking a Technical Support Officer (TSO) to manage and support the operations of our Online Motor Quotation Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to Customer Service Associates (CSAs) experiencing platform issues.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate bugs to the development team with clear and structured reporting.
- Configure insurer rate guides using the platform’s rule engine to ensure accurate motor premium quotations.
- Utilize CRMs such as Freshdesk to manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Work closely with developers, underwriters, and business teams to ensure platform functionality aligns with service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, computer science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support or systems operations or data analyst experience.
- Working knowledge of CRM/ticketing platforms (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with insurance quoting platforms or rule engines is an asset.
