MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Processing policy applications. 
• Tracking policy applications submitted in branch.
• Preparing production reports.
• Provide effective and efficient administrative support for the sales team and ensure that policy applications and supporting documents are processed on a timely basis

 QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: 

• Five (5) subjects at the CXC General Proficiency level
• Sound working knowledge of Office Procedures and Practices.
• Thorough knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Meticulous, courteous, co-operative, team-oriented

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required to work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines.
