Aventa Jamaica, a leading pharmaceutical and medical distribution company is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. This role requires an energetic individual with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid background in health or natural sciences. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a wide range of pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct sales visits, presentations, and promotional events.
Monitor territory performance, prepare reports, and develop action plans to meet monthly targets.
Conduct market research and gather trade intelligence to support strategy development.
Coordinate and participate in conferences, seminars, and marketing events.
Ensure accurate reporting, account management, and proper use of promotional resources.
Requirements:
A degree or certificate in Health Sciences (recognized by local governing body) or a Bachelor’s in Natural Science (preferred).
2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferred).
Excellent customer service, selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Must own and maintain a reliable vehicle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology-driven tools.
