Aventa Jamaica, a leading pharmaceutical and medical distribution company is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare teams.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct sales visits, presentations, and promotional events.

• Monitor territory performance, prepare reports, and develop action plans to meet monthly targets.

• Conduct market research and gather trade intelligence to support strategy development.

• Coordinate and participate in conferences, seminars, and marketing events.

• Ensure accurate reporting, account management, and proper use of promotional resources.

Requirements:

• A degree or certificate in Health Sciences (recognized by local governing body) or a Bachelor’s in Natural Science (preferred).

• 2–3 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferred).

• Excellent customer service, selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Must own and maintain a reliable vehicle.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology-driven tools.
