- Being an authorized communication representative at the request of management for public relations with organizations, authorities, forums and conferences, suppliers and customers.
- Prepare purchasing information reports at the Jamaica Complex level(budget, contracts and logistics) according to the required periodicity (on demand, monthly, quarterly, four-monthly, semi-annual and annual) of all records (transactions and reconciliation of global and local balances) and specific models of other institutions or organizations (Import / export , among others) in collaboration with the group purchasing teams and each business unit.
- Develop and prepare supply chain analysis, risk map, incidents and penalties to facilitate decision-making at the Jamaica complex level with the particularities of each business unit.
- Coordinate and execute the preparation of supply chain procedures and systems(budget, contracts and logistics) and control at the Jamaica complex level with the particularities of each business unit.
- Comply with other tasks related to the department and required by the operation, at the request of the superior.
