We are a leading custom cabinet-making company in Trinidad & Tobago, known for our exceptional craftsmanship. Our new showroom will be a destination for homeowners, designers, and contractors. We’re seeking a driven Female Showroom Sales Clerk to join our team, supporting both sales and customer experience in a warm, high-performance environment.
Purpose of the Role
To deliver exceptional showroom support, assist walk-in and referred clients with product selection, and maintain the showroom’s functionality and visual appeal while contributing to sales and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, designers, and contractors.
- Guide clients through cabinet and hardware options with confidence.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and custom requests.
- Coordinate with production for special requests or build timelines.
Showroom Merchandising & Maintenance
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure samples and signage are current.
- Monitor product stock levels and replenish as needed.
- Tag and price items accurately, keeping shelves organized and presentable.
- Assist with logistics for showroom deliveries and sample inventory.
- Administrative & Sales Support- Answer calls, emails, and in-person queries in a professional manner.
- Assist with quotations, invoicing, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, stock movement, and leads.- Operate POS system and assist with basic bookkeeping where required

- Customer satisfaction & showroom experience ratings
- Sales targets and conversion rate on walk-in inquiries
- Quote-to-order turnaround time
- Showroom maintenance and stock accuracy
- Timely and accurate client follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years in retail sales or customer-facing environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software
- Experience in cabinetry, hardware, or interior products preferred
