This role requires frequent standing and walking. it is recommendable to take a few breaks throughout the day by standing, sitting or exercising from time to time.
Customer Service Assistant
Duties and Responsibilites Include But Not Limited To:
- Prepare and arrange counter stanchions and ropes.
- Porter baggage from counter scales to conveyor belt.
- Porter baggage from security desk to counter scales.
- Assist wheelchair bound customers and customers with disabilities on arriving and departing flights.
- Transport customers to & from the aircraft as directed.
- Round up and securely store wheelchairs at the end of the shift.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum of three (3) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
- Minimum of five (5) years in the service industry.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A valid Police Certificate of Character.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team.
