Outbound Sales Agent Job Description
Qualifications:
- Must be a High School graduate with "B's" or better passes. Tertiary education exposure in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 CXCs including English & Math
- Successful work experience in sales & marketing for the past three consecutive years to current.
- Excellent computer and computer application skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- The ideal candidates we seek are self-motivated, organized and goal oriented.
- You must possess the proven ability to boost a company's customer base through effective use of phone, email, and SMS in the sales process.
- You must possess a thorough command of the English language.
Core Responsibilities:
- 200 outbound calls per day using vetted lead lists of local business owners provided
- Book 3-5 qualified appointments per day with decision makers of local businesses
- Complete 2 weeks of intensive sales training; pass final training assessments with a rate of 90% or above
- Utilizing sales leads platforms to find verified phone numbers, names, and email addresses of prospects to target in sales and marketing campaigns for conversion to new clients
- Utilizing various GoHighLevel, Slack, and Office365 apps to collaborate with internal teams
- Effectively persuade any gatekeepers or receptionists to connect you with the decision makers
- Overcome common sales objections (money, fear, logistics, etc.) using scripts and training provided
- Approach conversations with leads by seeking to understand them through targeted and precise follow-up questions on their pain points, goals, etc.
- Follow up with interested leads at specific time blocks (1 day before, 1 hour before scheduled meeting time) to ensure they attend
- Attend daily morning meetings, coaching call reviews, and weekly team progress meetings
- Update contacts in GoHighLevel CRM in a timely manner, including but not limited to: Lead Value, Pipeline Stage, Contact Information, Appointment Information
- Acquire, retain, and relay accurate information to leads about the services that are provided
- Respond to texts, calls, and emails from leads in a timely manner with excellent customer service
- Assess weekly progress towards monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and collaborate with team to achieve goals set by company

Compensation:
Starting Base Salary: negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.
Bonus Salary: Bonuses are paid out quarterly and determined by 3 variables. The total number of outbound calls made, number of leads who show at the appointment, and a percentage of revenue closed from assigned leads. (The breadth, width, and depth of your book of business).

Daily Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday at our office in Mandeville. This job is in office only, not remote. Office is located at 57 Decarteret Road, Mandeville Manchester

- 200 calls/day minimum
- 20–30 live conversations/day (10-15% pickup rate)
- 3–5 quality appointments/day
- Script adherence & call quality rating: 90%+
