 Position: Customer Service / Sales Associate

You’ll help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering products and services to meet their needs—all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

 Job Duties:

• Answer and assist customer inquiries

• Speak clearly and professionally

• Actively listen and provide accurate information

• Multitask by speaking and documenting simultaneously

• Maintain quality standards and confidentiality

• Be punctual, dependable, and a strong communicator

• Respond to feedback and continuously improve

📚 Minimum Requirements (If you don't have these and have good command of the English language, please walk in; don't let this August opportunity pass you by.) 

• 3 CXC subjects / City & Guilds (including English)
  OR
  6 months of customer service experience
  OR
  Customer Service Certificate from HEART

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Basic computer and data entry skills
