FRONT DESK - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Under general supervision, the incumbent will be required to perform administrative and office support activities
Qualification and Other Requirements:
Successful candidate must have:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Certificates in Customer Service, telephone techniques
- Be computer literate- proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
Other requirements:
- Must be flexible with time
- Must be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
General Functions & Responsibilities will include:
- Screening/managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Managing incoming/outgoing visitors, mail, packages etc. to/from the office
- General filing
- Preparing customer receipts and data entry
- Maintaining file of donations
- Ensuring that adequate office and first aid supplies are in stock
- Managing the schedule of meetings and available venues
