BILLING SPECIALIST
Specific Responsibilities:
• Collaborating other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Creating invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer
• Strong communication, including writing, speaking, and active listening
• Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Basic math, bookkeeping, and accounting skills
• Organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
• Effective computer skills to input data in account management software in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with billing and accounting process & procedures
• Prior experience preferred, but not required
