Wisynco Group Limited is seeking an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies for a portfolio of locally manufactured beverage brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies to increase market reach and consumer loyalty.

• Craft and maintain strong brand identities that align with overall business goals.

• Design and manage integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns with consistent brand presence across all channels.

• Oversee brand performance metrics including awareness, engagement, ROI, and market share.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, media houses) to execute marketing initiatives.

• Mentor and lead the Brand Manager, providing tools and guidance to ensure team success.

• Engage directly with consumers and communities through digital and on-the-ground marketing.

• Manage marketing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing consumer brands.

• Experience in the fast food, manufacturing, beverage, or FMCG sector preferred.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
