The Face Place Spa is seeking a results-driven and service-oriented Spa Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. As Spa Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing staff, enhancing client experience, maintaining high service standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of therapists and front-desk staff to deliver outstanding service and treatments.
• Oversee client experience and handle escalations professionally.
• Monitor spa performance, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, including payroll, expenses, and sales using QuickBooks.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Conduct regular team training and development sessions.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Level 4 Certification in Beauty Therapy, OR a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a spa or salon setting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and general business software (Microsoft Office, POS systems).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with an eye for detail.
• Must be flexible, reliable, and results-driven.
