What You'll Do:
- Achieve annual sales targets.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of at least three times the sales target.
- Generate new opportunities though research, networking and prospecting.
- Effectively negotiate contracts with new and existing customers.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and presentations to the required company standard.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services Team to analyze and qualify sales opportunities / new prospects, and select the appropriate solution based on clients’ needs, specifications and applicable regulations. Ensure the solutions are properly designed and presented.
- Collaborate with Marketing to showcase the solutions.
- Manage and report on sales portfolio metrics utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which includes but limited to, leads, opportunities, sales activities and client information.
- Utilize Davyn’s Solution Selling Process to manage and close prospective sales.
- Represent Davyn at industry events.
- Maintain relevant product knowledge.
What We’ll Need to See:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sales or Marketing.
- A proven ability to close deals, meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- A proven ability in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Proven experience in selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Power Platform and/or Cloud solutions.
- Relevant knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Power Platform and/or Microsoft Azure products.
- Any relevant Microsoft Fundamentals Certification would be an asset.
- A valid Driver’s Permit and a reliable working vehicle.
