Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Junior Recruiter to assist with all recruitment and hiring activities. Someone who is seeking to develop their career in the field of Human Resources and is passionate about developing and engaging with people. As a Junior Recruiter you will be responsible for job postings, shortlisting applicants, screening potential candidates and is a key member of the hiring team. This position is instrumental in attracting and selecting the best talent to join our team.

- Able to quickly understand the needs of the company and ensures that only qualified and suitable candidates make it through to the final interview.
- Ability to uphold and advise on policies and procedures.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Two (2) years’ experience working in similar position within a Human Resource work environment.
- 5 CXC/CSEC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
- Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Certificate in Labour Laws will be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Certificate in Word, Excel, Power Point.
