- Create Reports
- – Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly cost reports and any other analysis required by management.
- Update POS (Symphony) Software
– Create new price codes daily based on request forms and apply other necessary updates,
Software process development, rearrange the setup with Prices groups and design.
- Monitor Inventory reconciliations for 3 Properties (Digitally)
– Perform Weekly and monthly stock reconciliations in coordination with the local team. - Update Recipes & Costing
– Review F&B recipes provided by the F&B team and prepare menu cost sheets for pricing and approval. - Update Articles
– Create new article codes daily based on request forms and make other necessary updates. - Account Classes Need to update for new cost centers.
- Track Non-Moving and Slow-Moving Items and coordinate with Dept HOD’s until utilization
– Use the inventory system to identify and monitor non-moving and slow-moving items. - Evaluating and reconciling the discards for circulating inventories.
- Managers wine reconciliation with sales.
- Month-End Closing in Yellow Dog
– Review and upload monthly consumption data.
-Submit the required reports Turnover ratio, Consumption analysis, Price Variance report
Inventory & Other Tasks
· Prepare inventory schedule for all three properties (including circulating inventories, month-end physical counts, Manager's wine, Market & Gift Shop).
· Conduct variance analysis between sales and inventory; reconcile discrepancies.
· Perform spot checks across all properties to ensure stock integrity.
· Analyze store indents and purchase orders daily before approval.
· Ensure quality and quantity checks upon receiving; enforce vendor compliance.
· Act as backup or support to other team members when required.
· Ability to implement policies and Conduct training sessions for operations teams on policies and systems.
· Host monthly procurement and inventory review meetings with HODs.
· Handling Breakages for Glassware & Chinaware all the properties need to record time to time as per policy
Collaborate on special assignments or projects as guided by the immediate supervisor.
