The Zone Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the sales team for assigned zones/segments and driving sales and revenue growth whilst meeting customer expectation and demand for our products.

Core Functions

• Lead the sales team for assigned zone, ensuring that sales quotas and targets are consistently met and market share is increased through exceptional customer service, strong customer relationships and keen monitoring of the retail trade, to ensure that our full suite of products is available to our customers and consumers.
• Prepare sales reports and perform daily and weekly account balancing and reconciliations; compile, analyze and report on sales data for assigned area.
• Monitor and control the day-to-day activities and transactions between salesmen, distributors, distribution bins and customers; resolve any discrepancies and other customer issues.
• Ensure that the sales team adheres to the respective routes and schedules, to allow for efficient service delivery and optimal supply chain management.
• Ensure strict adherence to usage of the Company’s computerized system by the sales team.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• A Diploma or Certification in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales, preferably within the retail trade industry.
• Required to travel extensively across Jamaica, executing mandatory and frequent trade and customer visits.
• Proficiency in the use of computerized systems and applications.
• A valid General Driver’s Licence of 7000KG or higher is required.
• Proficiency in operating Manual Transmission vehicles required.
• Excellent human relations, supervisory, communication, time management, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a team in a high performance culture.
• Highly professional, ethical and of integrity.
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
