Loss Prevention Supervisor

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all, while following and enforcing all the company policies and procedures, and providing direction and supervision to Attendants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and operate CCTV to detect theft, fraud, and suspicious activities.
• Investigate internal and external theft incidents, ensuring proper documentation and resolution in accordance with company procedures.
• Supervise loss prevention associates, providing support, and performance feedback.

Requirements: (education, skills and abilities)

• Associate Degree in Business Administration 
• Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field (supervisory experience preferred).
• Knowledgeable in monitoring close circuit television (CCTV)
• Excellent People Management skills
• Sound problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
