Loss Prevention Supervisor
The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all, while following and enforcing all the company policies and procedures, and providing direction and supervision to Attendants.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and operate CCTV to detect theft, fraud, and suspicious activities.
- Investigate internal and external theft incidents, ensuring proper documentation and resolution in accordance with company procedures.
- Supervise loss prevention associates, providing support, and performance feedback.
Requirements: (education, skills and abilities)
- Associate Degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field (supervisory experience preferred).
- Knowledgeable in monitoring close circuit television (CCTV)
- Excellent People Management skills
- Sound problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
