Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth
- Lead and support the sales team with training, motivation, and day-to-day management
- Forecast monthly vehicle sales and color preferences, and recommend order plans to management
- Manage approved vehicle orders, including tracking, inventory updates, and cancellations if needed
- Coordinate vehicle arrivals by working with brokers, checking documents, arranging inspections, and confirming deliveries
- Plan ahead for future vehicle needs based on market demand and trends
- Set pricing, plan promotions, and collaborate with marketing and finance teams on events and special offers
- Review and improve sales processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Track all sales activity, including orders, insurance, inventory, inquiries, loan approvals, and payments
- Build strong relationships with customers and key business partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, while keeping accurate records
Job Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in car sales, with a strong track record of hitting targets and leading successful sales teams
• Valid driver’s license
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to energize and develop a team
• Goal-oriented and proactive mindset, always ready to seize new growth opportunities
• Strong knowledge of the auto industry and an in-depth understanding of vehicle products
• Passion for sales, a can-do attitude, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
