- Bachelors or Diploma in Warehousing/Inventory Management and/or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience - Internet skills including use of e-mails and data collection - Familiarity with computer software, word processing and database and spreadsheet programs - Numeracy and literacy skills - Ability to prioritize duties as assigned and have a strong sense of urgency during tight deadlines - Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities - Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally - Excellent coordination, organization and scheduling skills - Attention to detail and the highest standards for accuracy and precision - Must possess leadership skills and ability to manage staff - An ability to work independently and as a team - Ability to maintain records - Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify employee/customer needs and concerns and resolve them in a timely manner - Must possess strong interpersonal skills - Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback - Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training - Excellent customer care skills - Must have the ability to be cheerful or positive when dealing with disgruntled customers and be able to calm them down. |
