We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is professional, organized, and customer-focused to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram
• Assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Manage a small showroom, including inventory replenishment requests and maintaining product displays
• Issue goods to customers as required
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Use Microsoft Excel to support daily tasks and reporting

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
