ACCOUNTING CLERK
JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will be supporting general accounting functions, including inventory processing, accounts receivables, and accounts payables. Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective inventory control procedures.
- Accounts Receivable: Support the updating, reconciling, and monitoring of accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections and accurate records.
- Accounts Payable: Assist in the processing and reconciliation of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.
- General Ledger Support: Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules for general ledger account balances.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules to facilitate smooth and efficient audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing ACCA Level 1 or a First Degree in Accounting.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Exceptional accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong planning and execution skills.
