Global Mobility Junior Tax Analyst

Key Accountabilities:-

Works closely with Tax Specialist to facilitate tax return preparation and filing for assignees.
Assists in the collection, review, and organization of data for assignees.
Conducts thorough reviews of completed tasks to ensure accuracy and quality prior to submission to Senior team members.
Prioritises and responds to clients’ queries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of information provided.
Performs all payroll and ad hoc project requirements as directed or assigned by Senior Team members.
Carries out research on tax and client issues as needed, under the direction of Senior team members.
Familiarizes and develops a good understanding of all clients assigned.
Works with Senior staff to maintain continuity and timely completion of payroll and tax deliverables when team members are unavailable.
Keeps Senior team members informed of payroll and tax-related support status, including any client escalations or requests.
Stays current with statutory regulations and proactively seeks opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:-

Completed or currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Global Mobility support roles preferred.
Basic understanding of income tax principles and international tax concepts.
Familiarity with payroll and tax compliance processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from Senior staff.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global work environment.
Prior internship or exposure to Global Mobility or tax functions is a plus but not mandatory.
