Accounts Receivable Specialist

 (1- year contract)

Salary: $9,000.00 per month

JOB PURPOSE:

Our client is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in real estate accounting and be experienced in managing receivables efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and monitor all accounts receivable transaction
• Ensure timely collection of payments from tenants/client
• Reconcile accounts and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with property managers and accounting team
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of ACCA Level 1 or a Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum of three (3) years accounting experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Knowledge of property management systems and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
