Aeromarine Trinidad Limited is currently seeking a Customs Clerk – Grade II to support our customs and cargo clearance operations. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with all government trade regulations and facilitating the efficient processing of cargo through ports, airports, and bonded warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify shipping and customs documents for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and submit customs entries using ASYCUDA and ACE systems
• Assist in obtaining agency and regulatory approvals where required
• Generate payment vouchers and deliver cheques for duties, taxes, and other charges
• Lodge customs documents in a timely manner for screening and processing
• Coordinate clearance of cargo at various locations
• Assist in updating internal checklists, tracking spreadsheets, and revenue reports
• Completion of Invoices upon clearance of cargo

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade II Customs Clerk License (Required)
• Minimum of five (5) O’Level passes
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Asycuda, ACE, Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with customs processes, port operations, and cargo documentation
