Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills who can foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Supports the development and monitoring of HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain Group Life and Health Insurance plans as well as pension Scheme and other benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years proven working experience as HR Manager at a similar-sized property or other HR Executive.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Management or Organizational Development
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others’ ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Supports the development of the hotel strategy.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent changes, delays and unexpected events
- Display high level of dependability, analytical and problem-solving skills
