To support the continuous production of first-class products manufactured by Blue Waters Products Limited to ensure all our products comply with our internal and external parameters providing a great product experience to our customers and consumers. The job holder is required to have treated water within the specifications and available for the production lines, batching and CIP processes by adhering to the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS) to mitigate downtime and wastage while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The job holder is also required to have all Clean In Place (CIP) circuits cleaned and available for production and batching processes by adhering to the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS), Production and Clean In Place (CIP) schedule to minimize downtime and chemical wastage while adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• condut startup and shutdown of process equipment in accordance with the SOP.
• Report to the OSS Supervisor on aspects of the details of the assigned job.
• Immediately stop the process and notify the OSS Management team (Manager and Supervisor) using the approved communication methods of any non-conforming events which includes but not limited to Out of Specification products, test results and low equipment performance or equipment failure.
• Conduct accurate and timely shift handover to ensure availability of Water treatment equipment and processes for the production lines to mitigate downtime.
• Conduct tests and tasks and accurately document results in accordance with Quality Monitoring Scheme.
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of the OSS processes equipment associated with the relevant area to ensure Quality/ Food Safety standards are maintained at each step of the process in the Water Treatment logbooks.
• Perform tests and tasks and document results in the appropriate approved physical and electronic formats in accordance with the Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS), HACCP Plan and documented SOPs and Work Instructions.

Requirements:

• 5 CXC O Levels including Mathematics, Science and English.
• Technical Diploma in Chemistry/Process Engineering
• Diploma in Science or a related discipline would be considered an asset.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a laboratory or bottling plant.
• Must be able to work on a 3 shift system (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am).
