👩🏾‍⚕️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling customer inquiries in the healthcare sector

• Providing professional and empathetic support to clients

• Navigating systems and documenting customer information

• Following all call center policies, metrics, and standards

✅ Minimum Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of 3 CXC subjects (MUST include English)

• OR 3 City & Guilds subjects (MUST include English)

• OR a HEART Level II Certificate 

📎 Documents You'll Need:

• Valid Government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID)

• TRN

• NIS

• Birth Certificate

• Resume (printed/hardcopy)

• Proof of Qualifications (originals required)

🌟 Must-Haves:

• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM

• Ability to work onsite at our Montego Bay location

• BPO experience is a plus (especially healthcare or voice accounts)

• Flexible to work any 5 days of the week, including weekends & public holidays
