Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new branch location in St. Ann and surrounding areas. The person selected will be responsible for establishing the branch’s sales presence, building a high-performing sales team from the ground up, and driving market penetration in a new territory. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a strong sales track record, local market insight, and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and establish the sales function at the new branch, including recruiting, onboarding, and training a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute a localized sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the new market.
- Build brand awareness and customer loyalty in the region through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Set and manage sales targets, KPIs, and incentive programs to drive performance and accountability.
- Monitor sales activity, analyze performance metrics, and report regularly to senior management on progress and opportunities.
- Ensure operational readiness by working closely with logistics, marketing, and customer service to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, pricing guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally in launching or managing a new territory, store, or branch.
- Strong background in B2C and/or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of operating with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a startup-like or fast-growing environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and MS Office.
- Familiarity with the St. Ann construction market is a strong advantage.
