Credit Sales Officer

Responsibilities & duties:

• Successfully execute the Microfinance agenda with the objective of successful market penetration and growth;
• Achieve loan sales targets as assigned
• Execute agreed marketing and business development plans with supervisor for execution, in alignment with sales targets and target market;
• Unearth opportunities for marketing events, worksite marketing, and other activities to support loan portfolio growth
• Support successful execution of customer complaints processes through effective use of complaint management tools, ensuring that all complaints are resolved within stipulated timelines.
• Effectively manage loan portfolio to ensure delinquency is minimized
• Execute other duties as assigned

Essential criteria:
(i) Associate degree (or equivalent professional qualification) or minimum three (3) years’ sales and service experience within the Finance industry. 

(ii) Demonstrated knowledge of the Finance sector.

Desirable criteria:
(i) Good written and verbal communication skills.
(ii) Exhibit high level of professionalism while being a good team-player
(iii) Ability to execute individually as well as collaborate effectively within a team
