Overview:

Startek is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Support Associates for a short-term engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain experience, earn additional income and contribute to a dynamic and service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, chat, or email channels
• Assist customers with inquiries and customer service-related concerns
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets during peak demand periods

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three (3) CSEC subjects, inclusive of English A, or an equivalent combination of CSEC and City & Guilds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to work full 8-hour shifts during the contract period
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but not mandatory
