We are seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Relations Officer to strengthen our HR team and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across the organization.
Investigate and resolve workplace complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues in accordance with Jamaican labour laws and company policies.
Support and guide line managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Conduct exit interviews and provide analytical insights on trends.
Coordinate employee engagement activities to support a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate records related to investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Contribute to policy development and HR compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HR with a focus on employee relations.
Strong knowledge of the Jamaican Labour Code and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal, investigative, and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
