Job Summary:
The Commercial Manager – End-to-End Value Chain is responsible for implementing a structured commercial planning cycle to drive operational efficiency across Centralized Production Units and ensure seamless execution at the point of sale. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing cross-functional collaboration among departments such as Procurement, Marketing, and Production to align execution with strategic goals. The incumbent ensures strategies are effectively cascaded and implemented in retail stores, contributing to operational excellence and business success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across Procurement, Marketing, and Production to identify synergies, resolve conflicts, and drive aligned execution.
Analyze cross-functional data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making during planning sessions.
Maintain meeting documentation, track action items, assign tasks, and follow up to ensure accountability and timely execution.
Develop and monitor performance metrics and OKRs to evaluate the success of planning initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
Oversee the execution of commercial plans at the retail level, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Provide operational support to store teams, offering guidance, training, and hands-on assistance in plan execution.
Champion continuous improvement by collecting stakeholder feedback and refining planning processes to maximize effectiveness.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting planning outcomes, action progress, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Master’s degree is an asset.
5+ years of proven experience in project management, commercial operations, or cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced business environment.
Competencies:
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with project management platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
