CORPORATE & PRIVATE BANKING RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
The Corporate & Private Banking Sales and Relationship Officer (C&P B.R.O.) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the bank's corporate and private banking client base. This position requires exceptional sales and relationship management skills, in-depth knowledge of banking products and services, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Opening/Closing and related banking services
- Administration of fixed deposits (new, renewal and cancellation)
- Administration of the VIP Clients (including Institutional Clients)
- Providing information and assistance to inquiries and walk-ins
- Meeting with clients and prospective clients seeking services:
- Banking products (savings accounts, fixed deposits, debit cards, and all other credit products and services branded under the Financial Centre)
- Relationship management for assigned clients
- Presentations at events, seminar, etc. on products and banking services
- Follow up with prospective deposit-clients after inquiries, seminars and other presentations
- Ensure all client document/correspondence are scanned in the document management system.
- Procurement of missing clients documents (Cyclical Review-Quality Assurance Reports)
- Forward all customer complaints to the Manager of Customer Service
- Act as Custodian for Debit/Credit Cards/PINs
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent vocational training/banking experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to work in a self-motivated environment with little supervision
- Ability to manage the administration of multiple tasks at one time
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
