KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collate information for use in the developing of integrated work plans and schedules.
- Prepar work orders utilizing SAP in accordance with Paria's Maintenance Workflow Process.
- Interpret drawings and Bill of Materials and prepare material requirements and requisitions.
- Receipt, issuance and tracking of materials procured.
- Prepare work plans and schedules.
- Development of scopes.
- Prepare cost estimates and collate cost information.
- Assist in compilation of tender packages.
- Participate in manpower planning activities as required.
- Assist in management of contract variations.
- Update and maintain filing system/database for all relevant documents and equipment drawings.
- Document, prepare and distribute status reports on information required including job progress and material availability, to relevant personnel for the efficient implementation of activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Technician Diploma (as related to discipline) with seven (7) years' experience in Maintenance Planning.
OR
A suitable combination of qualifications and at least ten (10) years relevant exprerience in an Industrial Environment (e.g. Petrochemical, Port, Terminal, Marine Operations) or in similar facilities of similar contracts/projects and complexity.
